Application
In chemical process industries, due to emergency or site needs, it may be required to provide flange on pipe line. This flange may be for extension of piping of for blinding further extension of piping. This device designed and developed to give simple solution to provide flange on bare pipe line without welding. The installation process is simple one. Just cut pipe and fix flange by common tools without heating, pressing or welding work. It gives best result for our normal working pressure range in chemical process industries. The main advantage is that it may be re used again in required application in future. Another application is quick metal piping work without welding parent piping for temporary project set ups or experiments. After installation of bolted stub end on pipe line, we may extend pipe further or we may blind it. A best device for maintenance as well as support in brown field project execution.
